Notice of CREW Denver's 2011 Annual Meeting on September 27, 2011
 
The 2011 Annual Meeting of CREW Denver will be held at the September monthly luncheon meeting on Tuesday, September 27, 2011, beginning promptly at 11:30 a.m. at the Ritz-Carlton, Denver located at 1881 Curtis Street, Denver, CO 80202. 
  
The agenda for the annual meeting is as follows: 
 
1.  Election of Officers for 2012. 
2.  Such other business as may properly come before the group.  
 
Each full or associate member shall be entitled to vote at the annual meeting and may vote in person or by written proxy.  Written proxies should be delivered to Sara Croot  as President Elect on or before the Annual Meeting.
 
The Nominating Committee has recommended and the Board of Directors has approved the following Slate of Officers:
 
  • Jennifer Stenman, Franke Greenhouse List and Lippitt - President Elect for 2012, to be President in 2013 
  • Amy Hansen, Otten Johnson Robinson Neff and Ragonetti - Director of Programs (2 year term) 
  • Suzanne Book, KeyBank Real Estate Capital - Director of Education (2 year term) 
  • Lisa Kissler, Catamount Constructors - Director of Communications (2 year term) 
  • Tonya Schloemer, TD Ameritrade – Director of Membership (1 year term beginning 1/1/2012 and ending 12/31/2012).
  • Linda Rae Paul, First American Title Insurance Company – Director of Community Affairs (1 year term beginning 1/1/2012 and ending 12/31/2012).
Alternate candidates for any of these positions may be made upon petition of any member in good standing signed by at least 20 members of CREW Denver. Said petition must be presented in writing to Sara Croot as President Elect on or before the Annual Meeting on September 27th, 2011.
