The Women of Influence Committee is responsible for planning CREW Denver's annual awards luncheon honoring Women of Influence in commercial real estate. Members work together on nominations, selection of recipients, publicity, sponsorship, program development, and venue and event planning.
Committee Member Duties:
Committee members are responsible for all facets of the planning of the annual CREW Denver Women of Influence Awards. This includes solicitation of nominations, gathering information from nominees, vetting award recipients, marketing of the event, securing venue and catering as well as speaker scheduling and soliciting of sponsorship for the event.
Estimated Time Commitment:
Committee starts planning in first quarter and further breaks down into sub-committees. Time commitment increases as the awards date approaches and award recipient candidates are submitting their qualifications. Volunteer time commitment can range with respect to tasks.
Timing of Program Events:
The 2013 WOI luncheon will be held on Tuesday, October 2013.

Benefits to volunteering on the WOI Committee include being a part of the premier awards event in the Denver commercial real estate community, interfacing and networking with some of our industry’s most successful leaders and visionaries, as well as connecting and forming lasting relationships with candidates and award recipients, not to mention fellow committee members.
