eMentoring Program - Call for Volunteers!

The CREW Career Outreach Committee is seeking mentors and protégés interested in participating in the eMentoring Program. 

CREW Network created an eMentoring Model because no group is better suited to mentor women interested in commercial real estate than CREW Network members. Thanks to Opus Foundation and James E. Gibbons Educational Development Trust Fund, CREW Foundation funded the development of an eMentoring curriculum to train successful commercial real estate professionals to provide mentoring support to students, entry-level professionals, seasoned professionals making career changes, and those struggling to advance within her industry.  The eMentoring Program provides positive, one-on-one technology-based mentoring services to highly motivated protégés.

The eMentoring Program includes access to modules and activity worksheets through the CREW Network CareerZone Web site: http://www.crewcareerzone.org/ementoring.php and additional useful resources needed to participate in the program. Mentors will be provided a toolkit, organized in 12 modules, to help mentors guide protégés through a process of self-discovery, growth, and planning. This eMentoring Model will provide mentors principles organized in an easy-to-understand format and will condense your protégé’s learning into four consecutive stages: Engage, Envision, Empower and Expand.
