History

On April 24, 1984, the Rocky Mountain News published an article entitled 'Games Mother Didn't Teach', highlighting a small group of women who had formed a "support group" for women breaking into the male-dominated field of commercial real estate. At the group's first meeting, the speaker addressed about 20 women on the importance of networking. Today, CREW Denver is associated with CREW Network, an association of 70 commercial real estate women's groups representing 8,000+ members across the United States and Canada.

CREW Denver has grown from that small group founded in 1984 into a dynamic organization of nearly 200 of the most influential, affluent, energetic and enterprising professionals in the commercial real estate arena. We set ourselves apart from other professional organizations by emphasizing networking opportunities, providing quality monthly programs and contributing our time and resources to our community. As well as, education young women about the commercial real estate industry as a career choice.
