River Point at Sheridan came into existence! This brownfield
redevelopment is a crown jewel of the urban renewal efforts of
Sheridan and Englewood, creating a retail focus at the intersection of
West Hampden Ave (US 285) and South Santa Fe Drive (US 85) in the
City of Sheridan.
