2012~ I love new beginnings… cleaning out the office file drawer, emptying the shred bin, updating my contacts list and putting my 2012 “get organized”plan in place. Never mind that I go overboard on the goal setting each year, inevitably my list will include at least two which may earn a glance after week one, but are forgotten by mid March (and of course that one item which has actually been achieved, but just feels good to check off the list). What I take comfort in here is that I know I’m not the only one. It’s time to plan for the coming year and decide what it is we want to accomplish; professional achievements, sales goals, people development goals, your 2012 visions. Full article here ...
